It is not compulsory for you to review any work that has been sent to you. You may deny stating your inability to review if the submission does not belong to your area of interest/expertise.
If I have applied for becoming a Reviewer and if I receive a submission to review, is it compulsory for me to complete the review? What if the submisison does not belong to my area of interest/expertise?
